Norma is the financial secretary and also serves as the pastor's secretary. She has served on the WLBC team since January, 1999. She is married to Walter Machowski and has one son, Chris, a daughter-in-law, Ellisha, and two grandchildren, Katelynn and Chris, Jr.

Major responsibilities include provide administrative support for the pastor and other staff ministers as needed; maintain church financial records, pay bills, and payroll; prepare monthly financial reports, make quarterly and annual government reports and purchase supplies.
